Frankie Sanchez is a
native of Colorado. He is one of the best up and coming trainers
in the world. He has trained numerous champions in Golden
Gloves, Kick Boxing, Ultimate Fighting, Wrestling and Pro
boxing. In 2002/2004, Frankie was invited by the Government of
China to coach and prepare the University of Beijing Olympic
Boxing Team for the 2008 Olympic Games. Frankie Sanchez is
licensed by the Colorado Boxing Commission as a Pro Trainer/Pro
boxer. If you want to learn boxing, kick boxing, weight loss,

Voted The Toughest Of All Sports
Last month ESPN
ran the results of a study it compiled entitled, "Degree of
Difficulty: Sports Rankings." Of the 60 sports rated, boxing was
recognized as the sport that "demands the most from the athletes
who compete in it." The eight-member panel was made up of
"sports scientists from the United States Olympic Committee, of
academicians who study the science of muscles and movement, of a
two-sport athlete, and of journalists who spend their
professional lives watching athletes succeed and fail." The
sports were judged in 10 categories on a scale from 1 to 10:
Endurance, Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Nerve,
Durability, Hand-Eye Coordination, and Analytic Aptitude. Boxing
scored an 8.0 or above in five separate categories, an
accomplishment equaled by no other sport. (Football finished
second with an 8.0 or above in three categories). Below are the
